I develop online systems that improve information flow within an organization. I support organizations and businesses in utilizing open source technology, specifically WordPress, to build or enhance websites and content management systems. My services prioritize a user friendly perspective, making technology accessible, affordable and uncomplicated while meeting each clients’ functionality needs. Typical projects include building or upgrading websites; customizing themes and plugins; creating web-based databases to meet budget and organizational needs; developing administrative systems; creating training and ‘how to’ resources; and maintaining system updates.
Sample Work

This project was developed on a Multisite Platform to provide individual websites to each chapter. This website was transformed from an operationally complicated site, with a confusing interface, to an easily navigated, cleanly designed layout. YNPN is now using their revamped website to manage events, provide email marketing and invite community participation. Our work saves them more than 50% of their time each month, and anyone who contributes content to the website can manage these tasks, as opposed to only a webmaster.

I created this website by migrating content from a simple blog. We developed a website that allows Net Impact NYC to interact with their membership base in several ways. I integrated and organized their blog content into a single place and offered them tools to email members and invite them to share news, events and resources with their community. The end result is a site that is easy to use and run by an all volunteer organization.
